The Lodge
Our lodge is part of a marine and terrestrial reserve spanning over 30,000 hectare at the tip of the San Sebastian Peninsula on the Indian Ocean coast of Mozambique, called The Sanctuary. Mozawi offers a wide range of relaxing spaces such as the 12 seater bar with 180 degree view across the Mozawi bay and the lagoon, a large semi-open lounge area, a 18 meter lap pool with a waterfall, a beach terrasse with a dining and large lounge area, a large sunset lounge with a fire pit on the edge of the dune, a 100sqm deck on the beach with a lounge, sun-lounge and dining area, 3 hammocks in palms, mangroves and a swinging bed on the beach. Mozawi also offers incredible six diverse dining options: on the beach terrace, on the deck on the beach, in the boma, in the palm-courtyard, in the main inside area by the show-kitchen and in the sunset lounge.

The Villas
All of our six bedroom suites enjoy panoramic ocean views across the turquoise waters to the wide mangrove bay. Each villa comes with its own large deck and lounge chairs and some feature an outside shower with the most amazing views. Every detail has been considered to ensure a relaxing and luxurious stay. As we operate on solar electricity the rooms have high-end fans but no air conditioning.
